Flaunt Your Dog Challenge - Terms and Conditions
- By participating in the "Buster's Dog Treats Cutest Furry Friend Contest," you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
- The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and residing in the United Kingdom. Employees and immediate family members of Buster's Dog Treats are not eligible to participate.
- To enter the contest, you must subscribe to our email list through our website at www.bustersdogtreats.co.uk.
- Participants are required to record a video (maximum of 2 minutes) or take a photo of their furry friend(s).
- Multiple entries are allowed from one person. However, each entry must only feature one dog.
- The submitted photo or video must feature your own pet(s). Any submission found to be infringing upon the rights of others or containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.
- Along with the photo or video, participants must provide a sweet and loving caption about their dog, explaining why they love them (maximum of 100 words).
- To submit your entry, you must message us on our Facebook page, attaching the photo or video and the caption. The submission must be received within the contest period to be eligible.
- The contest period will be clearly stated on our website and Facebook page. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
- By submitting your entry, you grant Buster's Dog Treats the non-exclusive rights to use, publish, and reproduce the content for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
- The judging criteria will be based on the cuteness of the pet, the creativity of the submission, and the sincerity of the caption.
- The winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Buster's Dog Treats. Their decision will be final and binding.
- Winners will be notified through a direct message on Facebook. If a winner fails to respond within 48 hours, another participant will be selected as a replacement.
- Prizes will be awarded as stated on our website or Facebook page. No cash alternative or substitutions will be provided.
- Buster's Dog Treats reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest, or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- By participating in the contest, you agree to release Buster's Dog Treats from any liability arising out of or in connection with the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Buster's Dog Treats and not to Facebook.
- Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this contest and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
